Coffee Packaging Rental
Our services include equipment packaging for portion pack, 1lb- 5lb, and K cup solutions. Rental is an hourly rate, making us the ultimate one-stop shop for all your needs.
Coffee & Supply Storage
Enjoy the benefits of our Green Coffee Storage. This convenient facility offers storage for green coffee and packaging supplies. Rates for storage vary based on the size of the locker, which can be full-size or half-size, and are billed monthly.

Cupping Lab Rental
Members currently roasting with Mercon Collective have the exclusive opportunity to rent our Cupping Lab hourly. With everything you need provided, including grinders, cups, spoons, scales, and hot water, you can comfortably accommodate up to eight people.
Roasting Introduction Class
As you prepare to begin, we require scheduling a 2-hour Introduction to Roasting class with us. During this informative session, we will provide vital information regarding roaster usage, equipment consultation, safety training, and an overview of our warehouse rules and regulations.
Barista Training Lab Rental
Exclusive to only those who roast at Mercon Collective, you can rent our Barista Training Lab equipped with grinders, cups, scales, an espresso machine, and hot water; you can comfortably accommodate up to eight people.
Cold Brew Storage Rental
Members can access our Cold Brew Storage Rental by roasting with Mercon Collective. This expansive walk-in refrigerator serves as a communal storage area. The monthly storage fee will be calculated based on each member's required space.
Toll Roasting
Skilled toll roasters employed by Georgetown CoRo are proficient in roasting green coffee to exacting standards. Clients can either source their green coffee or collaborate with a Mercon Specialty sales executive to source the ideal green coffee. Once the roasting process is complete, clients receive their coffee in buckets ready for packaging.
White Label Services
Georgetown CoRo provides White Label Services, allowing us to manage our clients' entire process. This includes sourcing the green coffee, roasting, packaging the final product, and organizing shipping. With our support, creating a unique coffee brand has never been simpler

For those seeking to roast more than the typical 3 kg per batch, the SF10 is a perfect option as it has the ability to roast up to 10 lbs. or 5 kg per batch.
San Franciscan SF10
With a maximum capacity of 4 batches per hour, the SF25 is a product of precise craftsmanship and remarkable durability, enabling an hourly roast capacity of up to 100 lbs.
